Race Rules
We're all here to have fun and enjoy our time outside, but there are a few bits of business that need to be taken care of...
1. Waivers are to be completed online / on paper prior to starting the race.
2. It is not recommended for runners to wear headphones and listen to music during the event. This is so that you can hear instructions from course marshals, and also remain aware of your surroundings (wildlife, vehicles, other runners, etc).
3. All runners must wear their race bib on the front.
4. The route must be followed precisely. Volunteers are stationed at critical intersections and the route is marked. No shortcuts are allowed :)
5. Dogs are not allowed on the run courses.
6. Off-road strollers are allowed in any of the races. Please make sure not to block the course for any other runners.
