Strides Running offers several run clinic options out of their 3 locations: Fish Creek, Marda Loop, and Canmore
STRIDES CALGARY LOCATIONS
All Strides clinics:
We hope to offer a Learn to run Clinic at Fish Creek, a 10km clinic at Fish Creek, and our Personal Best Clinics at Marda Loop.

SATURDAY MORNING RUN GROUPS
Start at Strides Fish Creek or Strides Marda Loop at 9am sharp! A social group to join you on your long runs, all levels and abilities are welcome.
WEDNESDAY MORNING DROP IN
Start at Strides Fish Creek at 9am - join when you can!
WEDNESDAY EVENING HILL/INTERVAL WORKOUTS
Start at Strides Fish Creek at 6:30pm or Strides Marda Loop at 6pm sharp!

STRIDES CANMORE LOCATION
SATURDAY MORNING JAVA RUNS
Every Saturday morning at 9am, come on out and join our Strides Run Group for a fun run to start your weekend off right. All levels welcome - groups will be split based on desired length of run. Most groups will be out running for approximately 1 hour.
RUN CLUBS
Strides Run Clubs are 10 weeks long and cost $50. All participants receive discounts at the store for the duration of the clinic and running instruction. Learn proper running form, warmups and cool downs, nutrition, shoe fitting and injury prevention. Please note these may be changed to ensure the safety of participants and adherence to guidelines are kept.
LEARN TO RUN CLINIC
Led by experienced run club leader Pamela Kathol, this Clinic is for those who have little or no running backgrounds and want to be in a fun, safe and welcoming group. The session will have a run/walk design to it and gradually build up the running as the group progresses. It's an easy going, no one gets left behind attitude that is created to help you learn, grow and run!
RUN YOUR BEST CLINIC
Looking to improve your running and be motivated in a group training session? Do you feel like your running has reached a plateau, or you're ready to add some intensity to your running? Led by experienced runner Tim Sander, you will learn all about interval training, hills, tempo runs, and more! Participants should be comfortable running a 5k distance prior to registering for this clinic.

Go Figure Fit is based in Canmore and offers guidance on how to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Deb offers an Outdoor Running class and several boot camp options. Cross train with TRX suspenion, kettle bells, pilates, or spin bikes. Cross training will help with your strength and endurance, and increase your cardio, which will help in adapting to your running in the outdoors. Or, step it up and advance your technique in order to run a few races this year!
All Fitness levels welcome!
