SATURDAY MORNING RUN GROUPS
Start at Strides Fish Creek or Strides Marda Loop at 9am sharp! A social group to join you on your long runs, all levels and abilities are welcome.
WEDNESDAY MORNING DROP IN
Start at Strides Fish Creek at 9am - join when you can!
WEDNESDAY EVENING HILL/INTERVAL WORKOUTS
Start at Strides Fish Creek at 6:30pm or Strides Marda Loop at 6pm sharp!

SATURDAY MORNING JAVA RUNS
Every Saturday morning at 9am, come on out and join our Strides Run Group for a fun run to start your weekend off right. Every Saturday morning for a 1-hr run with varied distances (5-10km)
RUNNING 101
For those newer to running or looking to conquer a 5km race this year! This clinic will be focused on a walk-run program with a goal of completing 5km by the end of the 10-week session.
RUN YOUR BEST
For those intermediate and advanced runners wanting to run a 10km or half marathon distance. This session will provide training plans and will meet up every Wednesday night to do the speedwork/interval sessions together! Participants should be comfortable running 5km at the start of this clinic.

Get your outdoor run on!
Go Figure Fit is based in Canmore and offers guidance on how to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Deb offers an Outdoor Running class and several boot camp options. Cross train with TRX suspension, kettle bells, pilates, or spin bikes. Cross training will help with your strength and endurance, and increase your cardio, which will help in adapting to your running in the outdoors. Or, step it up and advance your technique in order to run a few races this year!
All Fitness levels welcome!
