Fast and Female
At Fast and Female, we support, motivate, inspire, and empower girls ages 9 to 19 to stick to sports and the healthy lifestyle by exposing them to innovative programming led by world-class female athletes who act as ambassadors and positive role models.
For the first year of the Rocky Mountain Soap Women's Run in Vancouver, we are excited to announce the Fast and Female Girls' Run! A fun run for girls to help promote empowerment through sport. 2 distance options of 500M, and 2km. For the $15 registration fee, each girl will receive a $25 Fast & Female BUFF from Buff Canada, and a bottle of bubble bath from Rocky Mountain Soap Co. as well as a marked fun run with music, and guest appearances from Fast & Female ambassadors. We believe that healthy, happy girls make strong, successful leaders and stronger communities! Sole Girls is empowerment through physical activity and mentorship. Using creative running games Sole Girls empowers girls ages 6 to 12 with tools to develop healthy ideas about body image, media, healthy living, peers and self-esteem.

The Annual 5 KM & 10 KM Run/Walk of West Vancouver. In 2018, the West Van Run will feature exciting events on both Saturday, March 3rd and Sunday, March 4th, 2018. West Van Run also has free a 1 KM kids' run on each of the two days. Register online at westvanrun.com with the code ROCKYMOUNTAIN for 10% off.
The West Van Run has its own Crew! Saturday Crew Runs start at 9:30 am from Caffe Artigiano - Park Royal with 5K & 10K run options, followed by breakfast at Caffe Artigiano!
