Submissions should be no more than 400 words. Need more Don't think you can put all your knowledge in 400 words? Not to worry - make it two articles! Please include a short bio of yourself and a picture. 

Please note that this is a community forum for racers, walkers and not a platform for selling. Blog moderators will review all submissions and retain the right to decline articles submissions based on appropriateness and the spirit of the race.
